In Colombia it is the nickname of the elected Mayor of Tunja, Mikhail Krasnov. He is a Russian, professor at the Pedagogical and Technological University of Tunja, where he arrived 15 years ago. He settled in Colombia for the love of the country and began to do politics, achieving the Mayor's Office, by popular election. He speaks six languages. In some parts of South America it is a stigmatizing nickname for left-wing militants.
